  2. doing a bunch of olympic style lifts at weight you can't handle, for time and sacrificing form is the single dumbest exercise trend ever

  3. When you lift such heavy weight for speed and repetition you lose form, and injuries occur, this is case in point. its very dangerous if your doing lifts improperly. nevertheless this video is fucking hilarious

  5. I workout a lot and eat healthy but I'm not filming and taking pictures of it like everyone else that does it. I'll maybe take one picture of a meal I made every other month but that's it. I've never taken a gym picture or filmed it. I'm not there to impress anyone on Instagram, people need to get priorities straight
